Gurpal Singh Chawla, Managing Director of TREVOC Group, represents the third generation of an entrepreneurial legacy, bringing over 18 years of hands-on experience across residential, commercial, IT and retail real estate. He has been deeply involved in every stage of development, from concept and design finalisation to construction planning, budgeting, sales and marketing, building strong end-to-end execution knowledge.
Under his leadership, TREVOC Group was established as an independent real estate company, focused on long-term value creation across NCR.
Sehaj Chawla, Managing Director of TREVOC Group, brings with him significant experience in the real estate sector, with a strong focus on organisational growth and brand development.
A graduate of the University of Westminster, he plays a key role in shaping the group’s marketing strategy and strengthening its people and culture functions, with primary involvement across marketing and human resources initiatives.
Rajan Gupta is the Director at Canonicus Capital, bringing nearly two decades of leadership across institutional real estate investing and development. An alumnus of Indian School of Business (Class of 2016), he has held senior roles at Unitech, Omaxe, Godrej Properties, and M3M, with a track record that includes raising over USD 1 billion in capital and delivering more than 5 million sq. ft. of real estate.
